Leadership is a inspirational project which was founded & initiated by the great leader P. Sai vijay " master trainer in wipro" it was first started inAditya institute of technology & management ,tekkali in june 2012. The main motto of this project is that every individual should know what is the real meaning of the leader. Main principle is that"first learn then lead" i.e first he should know what is the qualities of the leader ,the way of dealing with the situtations & the stress he has to bear etc, After learning all those then only he will get the chance to lead.
This leadership is started with just 30 people within 3 months its strength increased to 100. After the end of the year its count reached to 230. By this we were proud to say that our leadership is going on successfully
